"With Virtual Observer, I found the auto-schedule feature to be a big time saver for us. In my opinion, the ability to seamlessly integrate an existing evaluation form into VO would be of great benefit as would the reporting functions. Our company has a separate E-Learning system and CTI Integration so, for us, those would not be necessary features. However, if we did not have those items already in place, I would see E-Learning in particular as a very beneficial feature. I hope you find this information helpful"
